BUSHI

Fall 2016

For the Shinjuku Hotel each group member was to design a restaurant. My restaurant BUSHI Steakhouse offers its guests an intimate fine dining experience and a glimpse into Japanese culture. The menu features Kobe beef, native to japan and renown for its flavor, tenderness and well-marbled texure. It’s interiors draw inspiration from the color, texture and pattern observed in Samuri armour. Even the term “Bushi” translates to the “way of the warrior.”
